EXCHANGE
You can request an exchange for any item purchased on our online store within 10 days of the delivery date. Items must be:
- Returned with the hygiene sticker on the slip applied by us. (Should there be attempts to remove the sticker or use of the items, the exchange will not be carried out).
- They must not be damaged, used, broken or worn in any way.
- Tags or a bikini bag must not be missing.
- Sent back in the appropriate box received. IF you don't have the purchase box, you can return the item in a similar box.
- The exchange can be made only once with shipping costs at clients expense.
- The items requested to measure can also be changed only once with shipping costs at clients expense.
For the exchange procedure:
- Contact us by e-mail or by phone clarifying which item you want to exchange, indicating the size, color and model.
- After indicating the shipping address for the exchange, you can send the items back.
- Within 1-3 working days you will receive confirmation of receipt of the exchange.
- Once we have reviewed the items, we will confirm the exchange and re-send the correct items.
In the event that the conditions indicated above are not respected, Dalila Confezioni Italiane will not make any changes.
If the items do not suit your taste or you have not received the package, the refund policy for items purchased on our online site will be initiated.

- Dalila Italian Confections takes responsibility for refunds of items. The shipping will be at clients expense.
For the refund procedure:
- Contact us by e-mail or by phone clarifying the reason why you want the refund, specifying the size, color and model to be refunded.
- Please ship the item(s) to the following address: Via Viareggio 24, San Pantaleo 07026 (SS), Italy.
- You will receive confirmation of receipt of the items within 1-3 working days.
- Once the items have been viewed, we will confirm and initiate the refund procedure.
The time it takes for the amount to appear on your credit card may vary according to local banking procedures.
Credit card: the time depends on the credit issuer. As soon as the refund has been issued, we will send you a confirmation email. If the credit card has expired, we will send you a refund by bank transfer to the coordinates sent by the customer. Dalila Confezioni Italiane is not responsible for failure to communicate the expiry date of any credit cards.
