MADE IN ITALY
This page is entirely dedicated to my collaborators who make Dalila.CI a real, healthy and solid project.
We are a team of people who study to better specialize each one in their own passions. Working in harmony and loving what makes us better makes the difference: this is why I collaborate with people who are experts in their field who believe in what they propose, make and create.

PRODUCTION
The production of the swimwear lines that I propose is 100% Italian. I have had the fortune of meeting Maria Francesca, the creator and designer of her own swimwear lines, and a team of skilled women who specialize in artisanal production of swimwear and beachwear for women, located just 10 minutes from my operating base. The seamstresses who make up Maria Francesca's team are experienced professionals with over 20 years of expertise, who guarantee me a precise and clean production that lasts over time. This allows my ideas to be tested, tried, and finally produced, all locally, respecting the environment with a 360-degree sustainable production. I take this opportunity to thank the team and to be lucky enough to be able to follow the production of the swimwear lines, document them, and have feedback from experienced professionals who help me create lines that last over time and tell a story, remaining in our wardrobes always :)
RESEARCH
Researching fabrics produced exclusively in Italy is one of my favorite things to do and I personally dedicate a lot of time to it. I love this step because it involves doing what I love, which is traveling. In order to find fabrics that reflect the principles of DalilaCI, I need to visit places where fabric producers for beachwear lines hold fairs several times a year to showcase and exhibit their fabrics. Having the opportunity to personally meet the producing companies from which I purchase fabrics is exciting and, in my opinion, essential for several reasons: putting a face to the fabric supplier and, above all, ensuring 100% Italian production. Knowing and having the opportunity to speak with experts who help me remove any doubts about the fabrics I use and ask for technical advice and explanations about the fabrics is an honor. I indirectly thank the suppliers who year after year meet my requests and needs for quality and sustainable fabrics.
LOGO
There were two phases involved in creating the logo that identifies the Dalila.C.I project: ideation and design. The idea originated in a fun and unexpected context. I was returning from the "Mare di Moda" fabric fair organized in Cannes, France, where I had been researching eco-sustainable, innovative, and high-quality fabrics. By chance, at the airport, I had the pleasure of meeting and seeing a dear friend, Fania, who exuded pure energy and gave me an emotional and creative boost to come up with the logo idea. I wanted the logo to have a bit of myself, to be simple and to clearly indicate the origin of the swimwear lines. Thus, I decided to use my own name, with a minimal bikini icon representing what we design, and finally, the hat, a detail that has a dual meaning: personal, as I love hats as an accessory, and corporate, to symbolize the sale of beachwear. Once the idea was clear, I turned to a childhood friend who specializes in graphic arts and design, who made the logo clear, clean, and simple, and who was able to fully interpret the idea of the logo. I would like to take this opportunity to thank Camilla Pileri for her professional logo design, positioning of text and images, appropriate color choices, and precision in being clear about the various details and considerations when designing a logo.
